are three reasons why I like to practice bankruptcy law: [1]
It is one of the few areas of the law where you can count on the client be better
off AFTER legal representation has ceased. [2]
Bankruptcy is a complicated area of the law and requires an attorney who devotes
himself to this area exclusively and who commits himself to staying current on
legal developments. [3] It rewards attorneys
who are efficient and well-organized at how they practice law.
